CURRENT and RECENT RESEARCH

bullet

I am currently working on an edited volume focusing on inclusion, to be published by Jossey-Bass as part of the Professional Practice Series of books by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Expected publication is in 2010.

Inclusion at Work: I have been working on a series of studies focusing on people's sense of connection to their work and their workgroup, and the factors associated with that experience. In these studies, we are developing and continuing to refine the Workgroup Inclusion Scale. We are currently interested in partnering with organizations that wish to participate in these studies. For more information on what is involved, including the benefits to the participating organizations, please see the following document:  PROSPECTUS - STUDY OF INCLUSION AND PERFORMANCE

I continue to collaborate with Dr. Darcy Hanashiro of Mackenzie University in São Paulo and Dr. Cláudio Torres of Universidade de Brasilia, to investigate the experience of inclusion and inclusive behavior in Brazil.
